I still have ~10.5GB left in the Usage. My next bill is Feb2nd 2018 and is in autopay mode. Why doesnt my data work? I am so frustated to be without data for the past 10 days. I am paying for a service which I am not using. 

 

Also I am not able to reach a customer care support to speak to them. Feeling frustated.

It is  very curious, that data used is exactly 1/10th of the data limit 12288 🙂

Maybe there is blip in the system, that "accidentally" multiplies used data by 10 for the purpose of counting?

PM! Fix ur bugs please! 🙂

Thanks for the assistance friends. Data is working now.

 

The moderator did a reset on their end and i swictched off the phone for 5 mins and it is working after I turn it back.

Is it possible that your phone has mobile data turned off or the wrong preferred network type selected?

You will need to click here to send a private message to the @moderator_team for assistance. They are Public Mobile support employees who can help with your issue.

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number
  • 4 digit PIN (if you don't remember this then they will need at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)
    • account number
    • date of birth
    • complete address listed on account with postal code
    • email address on account
    • most commonly called numbers
    • alternate number listed on the account
    • last payment date and amount
    • last 4 digits of the credit card
  • Detailed explanation


When can you get help?
Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am to 9pm, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [All times in Toronto/Montreal time zone]. You can message them at any time, and they will respond as soon as possible within those working hours.

How long will you need to wait for help?
Messages are handled during business hours (see above), in the order in which they are received. Usually you will hear back within a few hours, but in peak periods, it could be as much as within 48 hours of receiving the message.

@jneilnelson  not sure what you mean by you still have 10gb left.

 

If you have used up all your plan data (which is what I understood)  then you can buy a $30/1gb addon or you can top up your account and ask the  mods to renew your plan early.

 

being the 40$ promo plan renewing early is probably the best option, other than going without data...
