Your plan is 5G, but your phone is not on VoLTE whitelist here , so you are using 3G for voice call and impacted by this change

MY DATA PLAN  5G NOT 3G 

Your Realme phone does not have the 1900 band on 3G and won't work in many area now. need to get a Canadian phone like Samsung, iPhone or Moto.  Or need to move to Koodo as your phone will be able to use VoLTE there

HI IAM USING REALME NARZO 70 5G NEW PHONE PREVIOUS  IT WAS WORKING SINCE FROM THIS MOTH ONLY IAM RECEVING MESSAGES AND DATA  IS WORKING SIM SIGNALS ARE COMMING ONLY INCOMMING AND OUT GOING CALL NOT CONNECTING I PAID MY BILLS IAM CONFUSED NO ONE SOLVED MY PROBLEM IN THIS PHONE MO VOLTE AND VPN SETTING CORRECT  SO ADVICE ME WHAT I CAN DO

It didn't work because your phone is not a Xiaomi 

what phone do you have? Not every phone can turn on VoLTE this way.  Some customers actually need to buy a new phone because of the 3G bands realignment
