On the app it says my billing is $24.12 as of Feb 24, 2026. But on the website it's showing I need to pay $47.12 for Feb 24, 2026. It's quite confusing. Do I have to pay the $47.12 for my promotion to be applied? Or what is it. It's very confusing. I can't receive call and messages because they suspended my account and I am expecting an important call.

if you lost service already and would like to get it back first, pay in full and I am sure PM will give you back a credit

It’s saying “your services are on hold”. It’s not letting me pay through the app and it redirects me to the website where they want me to pay the full amount. Still waiting for an agent to respond to me.

they always show you the full price but added a credit to your account
if you don't mind, go to your App, Payment history and post screenshot of the couple transactions regarding this renewal and we can try to explain. But please remember to cross out personal info like name and phone number before posting the screenshot
