PM is prepaid and you need to pay first at the beginning of a cycle or your service will be suspended
if you cannot pay because of you have not received the card yet, you can buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart or London Drugs or gas station and load the voucher on My Account or PM app or by calling *611
After you received the card, login My Account, go to Payment, click Mange Subscription and click Update Payment Method to update the card number
