You just ported in your phone number? Incoming calls work or not?
You have removed the old sim card or disabled old esim? Check to confirm you have enabled PM sim and it is set as Primary. Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
If you still have text or iMessage issue, remove the phone number from Settings -> phone> My Number. Reboot phone once more time. Then add the phone number back in the same My Number settings menu and wait for the iMessage re-registration to complete
