I just created account yesterday, service is not working . account says its working. Previous provider sent message. Number is same . no service! What now?

Try rebooting the phone and power the phone then wait 2 minutes then power back on and see it that works.

What is the model of your phone? The phone needs to have at least HSPA compatiblility on bands 2 and 5.
