Hi RCS is stuck at connecting. I've tried all the steps to resolve. Turned off RCS, cleared cache, forced stop , reset network settings then rebooted Samsung S21. Turned RCS back on still stuck connecting.
Is there a bigger issue going on?

Sometimes it is just a problem on the Google side
but try to uninstall Google Message, or click "Uninstall updates" to bring Google Message back to default
Reboot phone and reinstall Google Message and re-register RCS. The re-registration could take longer, just be patient and wait
