Where To Find Your PUK
A Personal Unlocking Key, or PUK code, allows you to reset your SIM card’s PIN number, after you’ve entered an incorrect PIN three times. To get your PUK code, please start a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon, to submit a ticket to the Customer Support Agents by clicking here.
Please do not try 1234 for a PUK. A PUK will never be 1234. A PUK is so many digits that it's virtually impossible to guess. Also, what's teh exact message that your phone is displaying? Anything worded such as SIM Network Unlock Code means that your phone is locked to another carrier. If it is the PUK of the SIM card that you need, please never try to guess this code or enter random numbers. If you do this too many times, you will permanently destroy your SIM card and it will need to be replaced.
