Public Mobile - Not able to Send/Recieve SMS since Porting
- Not able to Sent/Recieve SMS since porting from Bell to Public Mobile last Friday
- I am able to call in/out. I just can’t sent or receive texts.
- Put PM SIM into another Phone and issue persists.
- Same issue with my husband
- I did submit a ticket.

Public Mobile is having technical issue with new customers and SMS text messages. Their IT department is working on it. There is no announcement in the announcement section sadly about this issue. You'd figure right? Anywho, sadly you'll just have to wait till it's fixed. No ETA.

@GwenLaxton - There has been a pretty substantial issue with PM's activation end that doesn't send / receive SMS. Please wait for a reply from CS_Agent and monitor the little mailbox icon and when you see a ( 1 ) please look in.
I know how it gets to a point of agony without texts. But hopefully PM fixes the issue quickly unlike their broken Call Forwarding & broken chatbot ticket system that they just fixed recently.
