Promotion not added on

I registered and activated my new phone on 01/12/2021.

I was trying to take advantage of the promotional deal of and extra 5gb of data when a plan of $25 or more was activated.

It still has not been added onto the account. I read that it could take up to 30 days, but i'm surprised it hasn't been added.

If you pre-registered an email address for this promotion, and then activated using the same email address, you will receive the promotion items.

If after 30 days you did not, contact the moderators.

To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:

1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click on the chat bubble in the lower right and type moderator assistance, then select account-related issue, then select you need a human now.  Follow the prompts to submit a ticket,  or, 
2. Send a private message to the moderator by clicking here

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
