If you mean changes to your profile on Public Mobile (rather than community), then log in to selfserve, and there is a tab at the top called "My Profile" right next to "Overview".
Hi. I am setting up an account and plan but want to makes some changes to my profile first. How do you change profile details?
Community profile changes can be made by logging into your community account and then clicking on your avatar icon near the top right of the screen. Then go into My Settings and there will be options that you can adjust.
