Checked my balance today but before it gave me the balance it told me my account was suspended due to insufficient balance I added $40 and finally got my balance of over $100 or 3 times my plan price and am still getting suspended account message. Why? To con me into adding $40 more to my account? Are you running a scam? I'm reporting this to the CRTC and ditching this no customer service. Your prices are not even cheap enough to justify having no customer service how you can run a business like this?

which province you are at? i think you forgot to add E911 fees

it is a new provincial government fees on top of plan price
