Hi there,
I just tried to switch over to Public from Telus, choosing an eSim and to transfer over my old number. I signed up for the two-factor authentication EverSafe as instructed, and as I got to the end of the activation process, step 6 of 6, I was informed that SUBSCRIPTION NOT ACTIVATED. I was then prompted to contact customer support, but I am unable to log in to my account now because I EverSafe is trying to send a code to my phone number which currently does not have service. I am in a state of limbo and have no idea how to proceed. I cannot submit a ticket because I can't log in, and I have no phone service.
Please help!
