Problem in online sim card order

I  ordered a sim card online and when I wanted to finalize my purchase I got an error saying that the security code is not correct. However, the money is withdrawn from my account. Just wondering what should I do?

When you do receive the sim card be sure to activate with a referral code for a $10 signup bonus.
