I'm a new client to Public Mobile. I wanted to share my experience as it's been a positive one. I spent the past few weeks scouring here + reddit to help make my decision if I would switch to PM. I took note that people are most vocal when they have a negative experience; rarely do people take the time to share feedback on a positive experience.
 
Previously I was a Bell customer for 8+ years blindly paying my $105 bill for talk, text & 1GB data. I did my research and decided to switch to PM. Everything about the experience has been stellar. Porting my number worked flawlessly and seemingly instantly (not sure what this process all entails - but I was shocked how fast it happened). I paid for 90 days upfront and opted in for auto-pay; that credit was instantly applied to my account and is reflected in my online dashboard for the next pay period. The cell reception and data speed has been equal to the quality I was receiving on Bell's network.
 
I just wanted to leave this here for anyone out there that's debating making the switch. Everything thus far with PM has been exactly as advertised & the process has been simple. I understand this isn't the case for absolutely everybody; but wanted to share my experience nonetheless. Thank you.

Thanks for the positive feedback. It's usually easier to write negative ones, so when a positive one comes along it is always good to share. 

 

I have had many positive experiences with PM and have mentioned them as well.
