My ported number is not working..eversafe on my profile has the old number and the number I want ported is still working on my other phone with Fonus

The number associated with Eversafe needs to be manually edited. As for the phone number not working, is any of the Public Mobie service working? Also, did you reply to a text message from Fonus to approve the phone number transfer?
