@CS_Agent need help porting number to public mobile

I will send you the Telus porting number to explain further.  

From my understanding, some phone numbers are available in certain parts of Canada, which Telus does not have access to.

It says not eligible, I don’t get why it wont be eligible. I don’t a contract with bell anymore

Already have pm app and account, whenever i try to port number it shows invalid phone number, already called bell and they said they’ll just wait for pm to send them the contract takeover but can’t proceed with the port having this error messge issue

Is there specific question or concern?  Details.

The community members (customer like yourself) can often provide advice and suggestions.  CSA help may not be needed.

You need to download the PM app to activate and port your old number to PM.

Also your old account with the previous carrier must be activate and payment is up to date.
