Porting issue

hi

I was ask name and address and my SIM card was activated. No other info was provided when porting

now my public sim is able to let me make phone call but incoming goes the previous carrier which is Fonus 

I am worried about if I can cancel service from fonus

Did you receive a text and replied to it? Sounds like not completely ported.

I will send you another message with a phone number to call to redo it. Put old provider sim in phone and reply. Do not cancel service.  Use the previous account number, not IMEI.
