There isn't any definitive way to answer this question without first at least knowing which city the phone number is from. While phone numbers from most major urban centres can be transferred to Public Mobile, the number portiability rules require that Public Mobile also be offering phone numbers for that same city/rate centre. There are some phone numbers that can't be sent to Public Mobile.
