Ported two numbers to one account

Hi,

Transferred 2 numbers from koodo to the same account by accident. When I did this I lost the first number I transferred and want it back for my phone. Please help.

Called Koodo and they were able to correct my mistake. Thanks for you quick response.

@LA21  I believe you can't have 2 numbers in one account, which is why when you added the 2nd one, it erased the first one. You need separate accounts for each number.

 

It takes aprox. 48-72 hours (2-3 days) to receive a response from a moderator.

Number was from Koodo. It transferred the first number over and it work but then transferred another number to the same account and it erased the first and it seems to be gone. I sent a private message. Hopefully it can be fixed. How long does it take to hear back from them normally. Thanks.

Did you do it while activating sim card or after when you already had account with pm set up?

Send a private message to the Moderator_Team! U can put urgent in the subject line and then explain your situation.  Keep in mind that the wait time is upwards of 48 hours!

Was the number originally from Koodo or maybe Telus? Or did you bring it from another provider?

You'll need to contact the moderators who should be able to sort it out with the sister company.
