I just ported out of PM to Telus. Liked PM, but 10gb for $60/mos is pretty hard to say know to.
My account now shows inactive, has Auto Pay also been discontinued?

@TechFreakDad when you log into your account online, navigate to the "Payment" tab, select auto pay then navigate to "Make a Payment" tab, this is where your auto pay credit card info should be.

Click on the Payment Tab and at the bottom you will see "Manage my card" written in orange. Click it and it should take you to the page where you can click on something like "remove this credit card"

Glad you were able to find a plan that suits your needs. Good to know you are staying in the telus family.

I just did the same. Lol. I was only 3 months here and my prepaid ends on the 19th. I was getting tired checking every day for a sale on 4g data.I was trying to save a buck. Lol. I have given it a lot of thought... money isnt everything. That constant checking was very dissapointing, and driving me crazy, especially black friday and there was nothing. Now I can stream the radio all day if i like, and ill never have to turn my data off and on any more. I have had good service here and i ĺiked the way the system worked. Take care☺and I hope something good is coming for all of you that have stayed committed to the forums and promoting this to your friends.
