I'm trying to transfer my number from Telus prepaid but my old SIM card is missing and I can't receive the confirmation text.

Yes, the request is complete and I have a confirmation email, just not the final step of the text to the old SIM. Thanks!

Have you already requested the number port either during activation or in Public Mobiel's Self Serve? If the porting hasn't arelady been requested, the porting team should not contacted at this time as they will be unable to assist.
