I ported my phone from Freedom mobile to Public mobile yesterday for getting the 12 GB 90 day plan with unlimited province wide talk and global text and ended up getting $84 plan with out any talk!!! There is definitely some issue with the public mobile site and I am really frustrated now with the Public mobile service. They do not even have a customer service representative I can talk to.
I sent an email to Public mobile and no response even after a day!
Please moderators....do something!!!

Also You didn't know that there was no customer service line to call when you signed up? That is PM's whole business model of low frills, All customer service is forum based with not even live chat

Instead of emailing, send a private message with your sim number, phone number and email to the Moderator_Team. They will get back to you as soon as they can.

This has been a common glitch with new activations recently.
For help with this, you should send a private message to any moderator listed here:

Include your PM SIM card number, e-mail address,
the phone number you want to port, your account number with your previous carrier, and the authorized name exactly as it appears on that account.
