Good morning, I would like to know why my plan has gone up and I wasn't aware of this. I should have been paying $15 a month and it now shows $18 per month. I didn't know anything about this increase and I didn't approve this. How do I go about fixing this.

Hi,
Unfortunately, messages were sent out in mid September to clients on the $15 plan advising of the price increase as October or November.
I was on the plan and I received notice. So what I did was to go into my Account myself and upgraded to $18 with 1gb data and unlimited calling.
You can sign into you account and see if there is a comparable plan for you.
