Hi,
I was on a 10 days plan before (with no texting) and I just recently updated my plan to 90 days with 12 GB data, unlimited calling and texting.
I clicked on change my plan now instead of my next renewal date which is tomorrow(Nov 4th). I thought that my plan would change right away but I am still getting a message saying people are trying to text me but I don't have the text msg service on my plan.
When I log into my account, it shows that I have $120 as my available funds but it still shows me $25 per 10 days as my plan.
Please, let me know because I don't want my service to get suspended.
