So I signed up for public Mobile at the Beginning of February and about a week later I needed to change my plan to include coverage in another province. It seems that when I did that the plan changed but then I got charged a full month at the new rate with no refund on the old plan so basically I paid for a full months worth and only got a week. How do I fix this?

@Reneeshaw20, As Public mobile is a prepaid service, any unused 'service' is generally not refundable. When you change your plan, you have the option of changing immediately, or at your next renewal(so that you do not lose what you paid for the current plan period).
In hindsight, adding a long distance plan might have handled your situation.
At this point, you would have to ask the moderators team (via private message) if there is something they can do for you. However, I wouldn't hold my breath...
