Plan change request

I was previously using the $23 plan until last month, but I temporarily upgraded to the $30 plan for travel purposes. However, when I tried to switch back, I noticed that the plans below $30 are no longer available.

I would like to return to the $23 plan or the cheapeast plans.

Since I will finish up my stay in Canada soon, so I don't want to continue using a more expensive plan..

Could you please help me with this?

@Prinee good news for you today. 

there is a $18 1GB plan available for all subscribers today.  You can check your My Account.  It is just 1GB.  But after you changed to it, you can change back to other plans in the $20+ range that suit your needs

sorry, CS_agent cannot help with plan change

you can only change to plans offered on your My Account.  So, if the $23 plan is not there, you cannot change to it

you can first change to the $30 plan first, and hopefully you will see a $25 or $27 plan later.  But it is almost no chance you will see the $23 again as it was a upgrade plan for $15 subscribers or new activation only plan
