I keep getting an error every time I click on the plan change tab and my amount owing isn’t showing up. Is this happening for anyone else?

It looks like there might be an issue with having all data accessed and processed properly. Are you on a mobile device (like an iPad?).
A few things to try:
If you have any more details to share with us - steps you take/etc, then we might have a better idea with other suggestions to try. 🙂
