I keep getting an error every time I click on the plan change tab and my amount owing isn’t showing up. Is this happening for anyone else?

I just checked and everything seems ok

@nathfreder1 this happens regularly. check back in an hour or so

It looks like there might be an issue with having all data accessed and processed properly.  Are you on a mobile device (like an iPad?). 

 

A few things to try:

  • Clear all history/cache/cookies and try again
  • Disable any ad-blocking/cookie-blocking features/programs
  • If you're in a Private/Incognito session, try using a normal session
  • Try a different web browser
  • Try accessing your account on a different device

 

If you have any more details to share with us - steps you take/etc, then we might have a better idea with other suggestions to try.  🙂
