Updated to a new plan 2 days ago, payment taken from account, no activation yet, did restart phone, thsnks

I have always had immediate activation when payment was made.

Perhaps check payment actually went through the credit card, and that the sim card number was entered correctly

Yes was taken from credit card, everything works on phone, just don’t see the 20 g on my data, still at 2 gb, tks

Did you verify that the payment infact was taken from your account? Your previous plan still works?
