Hi there, I have been on the same plan that automatically renews my plan every three months; however, my plan was renewed today and now I cannot send text messages. My online account shows I still have unlimited Canada-wide talk, but when I send a message I receive one from 611 saying there is no text messaging included in my plan. Please help. Thank you.

@john7connor sorry to hear about your trouble.
Can you please try turning off the phone, removing the sim card, reinsert the sim card and powering up the phone?
If that does not fix the problem, please send a private message to the @CS_Agent.
