What plan are you on, and is it a new plan or old one?

Which phone are you using?
Restart your phone with your new PM SIM card inserted to let PM SIM to initialize your APN.
If your data is not working, you need to setup your APM setting manually.

Try restarting phone and resetting APN manually, you can read about a similar problem by clicking this link:
