If you don’t have the Canada/USA/Mexico plan then you need to purchase USA Roaming Add-on.

Do you have a Canada-US-Mexico plan? If so ensure your mobile roaming data is switched on. If you don’t have the above plan, you won’t have access.
Turn on Roaming Mobile data on the phone
Make sure phone is connected to T-Mobile, AT&T OR Verizon
