Hello,
My phone has died and I had an esim on it. All I want to do is login to my account to cancel my subscription but I can't access without verifying a text sent to my phone number.
When I login to My account there is a first authorization that I can select "send to email" but then it automatically takes me into another authorization which can only be to my phone number. As my phone died with an esim I can't access my number and therefore I can't login.
Any suggestions?
