I got charged for a sim card on Friday May 15th $11.10 and again Thursdays may 21 for $11.10

@Mamba are they both completed on your credit card? One might say pending and the other may have gone through. You can call your credit card company to see if this is the case.

It might be a holding charge to verify the card is valid. Those get reversed automatically. If nothing happens in 48 hours, send a message to the moderators.

@Mamba Where did you order the SIM? Are both charges from the same supplier?

Sometimes when we buy something online retailers put payments through a couple times make sure funds are there, but when get bill, notice only charged once.

If you are certain that two different sim cards were're ordered, you'll have to submit a ticket through https:/publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat . Did you only receive one order number from Public Mobile by e-mail?
