There may be a waiting before adding topup voucher to your account.
If you already added voucher to your account using your self-serve online account, you need to click on the reactivate button on your overview page after login in order to your account going again.

Are you trying to do it through self-serve or 611? Where did you get the vouchers?

More info may be necessary; however, 611 as @NDesai says may allow you to add your voucher. Depending on where you purchased it, it may take time for the vendor to activate it. Sometimes even overnight.

@SheaHennessy Did you try redeeming by calling 611? Where did you purchase the voucher from? Sometimes vouchers purchased from retail stores require about a day wait time.
