How did you close your account?
There are 3 ways to close your account so no future charges on AutoPay.
- Port your number to another carrier.
- Dial 611 on your phone or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and disable AutoPay but you need your security PIN.

- Login to your account and disable Subscribe (AutoPay) and your account will be closed after 90 days of nonpayment.
