I cancelled my service in august and you still took a payment on august 29. I expect a refund

When is your 30 day renewal date?
Two options to cancel your subscription:
- Port your old number to another carrier
- Disable AutoPay/Subscription a day or two before your renewal date. If you disable after your renewal date then it is too late and you will be charge for the following 30 days. Unfortunately there are no refund on prepaid plans like PM.

Which medthod was used to cancel your service? The only way to cancel Public Mobile service is to either port your number to another carrier or to stop paying. For new customers, pre-authorized payments are enabled by default.
