When I enter my name and address the address box will not accept my mailing address. I have a box #

They won't allow Box #
Address is not that important with PM, if it accepts the address without box number, then don't use it
Just make sure postal code correct as it is critical for credit card verification

Maybe enter your box number in apartment number section.
