Hi folks,
I unsubscribed 2 days before the new cycle. But got charged the new cycle. When I went back in my app i was still subscribed although I unsubscribed it few days ago.
Any advice on potential options?
I try to contact public mobile not too successful unfortunately. They told me to contact one of their agents, which is what I was doing
any help would be appreciated

How are you trying to contact a CS_Agent?
The quicker way is to type in Submit a Ticket then Contact on the Chat icon.

PM is on a 30 day cycle so if you disable Subscribe. It shouldn’t have taken renewal the next month cycle.
