I am trying to renew my subscription and it says 'payment failed'.
I have entered the right information.
Why am I not able to pay my bill?

I have the same problem! First my own card was not accepted (idk why it was working fine for my other purchases) so I tried my boyfriend's and it worked! But now it expired so now i am trying with both cards and it does. not. work. ALSO i went to look at other posts with this problem so I tried incognito browser AND clear clear browser data but still did not work... please if someone has another idea I am currently without any cellphone plan because of this 😅

is account expired already ? or you can wait a day to try again?
or try using browser with Incognito mode and it could help
Or an alternate way is to pay by voucher. Get one from Shoppers or London drug and then load it using *611 or load it on My Account
