Do you have any issues on payment? I am trying to pay but it keep saying payment failed.

I did try incognito mode, different browsers, clear my cache and data browsers, 1 CC and 1 Visa debit, and nothing seems to work. It's been more than 24 hrs since I tried my payment for the first time. I don't have a shoppers or lawton that I can go. It's been very frustrating, especially because nowadays everything has 2- step verification, and I can not even log in to my work account.

Never happened before. I created a ticket but they are still not responding. Usually they are quick in responding but dont know what happen.

I hope it is not really a system issue at this moment, but I think you are at least the 3rd person with this problem in the past 3 hours.
But payment issue not uncommon. You can choose to wait 24 hours first and try again using browser with Incognito mode, or you can buy a voucher and pay if you need to resume service now. You can buy the voucher from any Shoppers Drug Mart store, or any Loblaw's brand supermarket. Then load the voucher using My Account, PM app or by calling *611
