Payment failed

Hi,

I already bought the sim card. But when I activate it, the Visa credit card payment failed since yesterday. I tried to use incognito or other browser, but still failed.

Could you please help how I can contact customer services as the chatbot wasn't helpful.

there has been couple posts today about Autopay issue, maybe some glitch overnight

did you manage to make a payment to resume service?

To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.

activation should be done on Public Mobile app

please download the app from app store, install and login again and try 

If still fails and if you confirmed from the credit card side that no amount was charged, uninstall and reinstall the app and use a different email address to setup another account and try activate again
