Can you please take a look why my local debit card did not work as a payment method?

It's Canada Post/KOHO Mastercard, starts with 5599

Onother question - what type of local debit cards are allowed as a payment option?

I can guarantee that the Koho prepaid MasterCard works flawlessly as a payment card for PM as that is what I use for my account — and it worked as usual in the wee hours of this morning
