So you changed the plan that you had mid cycle? If that's what you did then yes, you would be charged for the old plan and for the new plan as there are no credits or refunds.
Or did you activate a new account?

If you recently change from an old plan to a new plan and click on change NOW…you will be charged for both plans.
If you clicked on your NEXT RENEWAL…the new plan will start when the old plan expires and will be charge for the new plan when the old plan expires.

I see 2 different plans and 2 charges. Initially then changed it, but charged again.

When were you charged today? Please note PM system shows 2 lines. But only 1 will reach your payment method.
1st shows that they charged you and the next line shows how they will use the money to pay your account.
