My son's autopay stopped working so he has no service. He's also forgotten his password so is locked out of his account.
The password reset is useless as there is a many hour delay on receipt and has it a short time expiry window. These emails all seem to arrive in the middle of the night or early in the morning and he keeps missing them.
I'm at a loss as to how to help him solve this problem...
