Hello, about a month ago i purchased a sim card and public mobile plan. There was a mix up when the account on the public mobile site was created and i havent been able to login (incorrect password). After unsuccessfully attempting to reset my password with the automatic password reset function, I was told to come here. I messaged a moderator regarding the password reset on Monday and have yet to hear back from them.
Help please.
