I'm a new customer and trying to get my phone to work. When I restart my iphone it shows a System message "SIM locked" which takes me to an "Enter PUK" screen.
I'm unable to login to my account because of MFA.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had recent success getting PUK unlock code by registering for a call back (with a different phone number) for Koodo Prepaid customers. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/prepaid-plans The agent that called me back was very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me and, once my account was verified, they provided me with the correct code to unlock my sim.

You'll need to open a ticket throught the chatbot to ask for the SIM card's PUK. Ony a customer support agent at Public Mobile can provide this. When logging in, use the didn't get code/resend code button to have the 2FA code sent to your e-mail address.
