PROBLEM ACTIVATING!

Hello!

 

My boyfriend tried to activate his new sim card, but there was an error. Now when he tries to log in online and it doesnt work, when he retries to "Activate" it says that it has already been activated. I tried to call him, but he doesnt receive the call. 😕

 

He tried to log in into this community, but it doesnt work for some reason ..therefore me sending the message! What should he do?

Hi @dianahorqque!

 

This sounds like the new line got partially activated and encountered some error.  

No worries though, just send the sim card number and the phone number (if you selected one) via a private message to @MarieHelene_L and she will have the line up and running shortly.  

Its important that you send the private message.

@dianahorqque   you can also try creating an account, just in case, but i  not sure it will work, but worth a try.
