Thanks a lot guys. I've moved over 5 people during this promotion.

I don't know what just happened but i moved all 5 in less than half hour. 

After website form which i've done it through the cellphone the calling , messaging and Data was working in the first 2 minutes after i inserted the SIM. took around 15 minutes to completely port the number and be able to recieve calls.

Moved 2 Rogers, 1 bell and 2 wind sucessfully. 

I don't wanna brag about it but i believe the most uncesfully thing was due to the following reasons:

1 Not having Old Acc No

2. Not inserted right IMEI

3. Pin from the previous company.

 

I do believe this catastrophic even happened due to lack of experience and information.

IF PM was clearly of how to move and what do you need to complete this would end with other result.

PM staff said that you need to introduce just 1 of the required  information in the porting part but tottaly wrong. If you are not having all the information which i mentioned above won't work. 

 

Note: For the further porting and getting new promo make sure you have all the information from the previous company

I ported 4 numbers (3 from Telus, 1 from Bell).  In each case, I only populated old account # (probably most important) and IMEI.  All 4 ports worked fine.  So I don't entirely understand how others have failures (internet connectivity? something entered incorrectly?).
