Hello I switched my plan online to the talk, text and data plan as I didnt have enough for the data this month. I had $38 in my account. The plan was $37. It took my balance but will not let me use my phone it keeps saying I dont have an active plan. It shows online my plan is active on the talk& text plan and it also does when you call *611 but still keeps saying I dont have an active plan when trying to call out. Please fix this ASAP I am pregnant and I have a severe ADHD child in kindergarden where I reiceve phone calls from the school. I need my phone please fix it.
